(1) Basic Agent Profile Audit — $35

A streamlined check to identify any compliance issues in your public-facing materials. You’ll receive a detailed report highlighting every area that needs attention, including:

  • Name & License Number Display

    • First name + full legal surname exactly as on your DRE license

    • License number displayed at no smaller than the smallest font on the asset

    • REALTOR® or Broker Associate title usage (no unlicensed designations)

  • Broker Identity & Logo

    • “Compass” or responsible broker identity sized and placed equally next to your name/logo

    • No unauthorized add-ons after “Compass” (e.g., “Compass Realty” is non-compliant)

  • Team & Fictitious Business Name (FBN) Checks

    • Team names must include at least one licensed agent’s full legal surname & DRE number

    • Terms like “Group,” “Team,” or “Associates” required; words like “Broker,” “Partners,” or “Real Estate Brokerage” are prohibited

  • Digital & Print Assets

    • Website homepage: agent name, license number, and broker identity “above the fold”

    • Social media bio: first & last name, REALTOR® title, DRE number, Compass hashtag usage guidelines

    • Business cards & email signatures: font sizes, logo prominence, prohibited descriptors

What You Get:

  • A concise PDF report listing every non-compliant item, referenced to relevant DRE guidelines

  • Explanations of each violation and a prioritized “fix list”

  • Recommendations on how to address each issue (e.g., font adjustments, copy changes)

(2) Deluxe Audit & Edit Package — $50

All the benefits of the Basic Audit—plus we’ll make the corrections for you. Our team will deliver polished, DRE-approved assets ready to post, print, or upload:

  • Complete Text Edits:

    • Rewrite name and title to strictly follow “First Name + Full Legal Surname” format

    • Adjust license number placement and size to meet DRE requirements

    • Insert or resize the responsible broker identity (Compass) at equal prominence

  • Design Adjustments:

    • Resize fonts, logos, and disclaimers so nothing is smaller than the smallest text (excluding legal copy)

    • Reformat team names, FBNs, and designations (e.g., REALTOR®, ABR®, CRS) according to DRE rules

  • Upload-Ready Files:

    • For social media: optimized bio copy and recommended hashtag block (e.g., #Compass #JaneDoe #DRE012345678)

    • For websites: updated “above the fold” header text you can copy-paste; CSS recommendations for correct font sizing

    • For print: corrected business card templates (PDFs) with all branding elements in compliance
